Last few days ago, I had re-uploaded all the PDF files again.
Hopefully, it resolved all the broken link and you may able to download by now.
Please try one more time.
If you are still experience the same problem, can you help me to try the following method?
Please go to the broken URL one more time and click "right or left" mouse button to activate the pop-up menu and choose "save as" to download the PDF file directly to your local hardisk.
If the above process is not successful, please let me know.
